If aspects of your life are not working and you are interested in finding ways to improve, change or enhance it maybe entering into a relationship with a therapist would be helpful. This is an evolving decision that takes time. There is no need to rush.
There are several ways to engage in therapy. Traditional is face to face in a physical location. There is also E-therapy, which is done by phone, email, and/or video chat. I offer all of these options.
